Folkestone has partnered with Watermark Retirement Living on Watermark Castle Cove, an outstanding example of the next generation of retirement living communities which offer quality accommodation and premium facilities and services to an ageing population. The first stage of Watermark Castle Cove was awarded Best Seniors Living Development in 2011 by the Urban Development Institute of Australia. Watermark Retirement Living have extensive experience in the development and management of retirement living communities. The Folkestone and Watermark Partnership provides a strong synergy of corporate governance and operational experience. We propose to leverage our combined resources to develop and operate additional high quality seniors living projects in Sydney.
