Enzo Marchione is an Executive Director of Sydney’s prestigious, award winning Watermark Castle Cove. Enzo has successfully created and delivered property development strategies over the past 15 years. Enzo and his team also own and operate the Watermark Retirement Living facility in Wagga Wagga, New South Wales. Prior to commencing Watermark Castle Cove in 2005, Enzo and his long term business partner, Tony Olding, developed a range of high end residential properties. Commencing in 1992, the team created and delivered projects across Sydney city’s inner suburbs including Double Bay, Redfern, Ultimo and Botany. In 2002, a joint development with Tony Olding won the coveted NSW multiple housing award from the Royal Australian Institute of Architects. In 2011, Watermark Castle Cove won the Urban Development Institute of Australia’s Award for Excellence for best Seniors Development in New South Wales. Prior to founding his own company, Enzo worked for the Australian Stock Exchange, heading the Index Research Department. Enzo holds a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University and a Graduate Certificate from the Securities Institute of Australia in Financial Modelling.
