24 Hour Emergency Monitoring
It is the first few minutes after a serious health emergency that can make the difference to your eventual recovery. All apartments, villas and communal areas at Watermark have 24 hour emergency monitoring call buttons. This gives you and your family peace of mind that if something unexpected happens help can be reached.
Although many residents drive, “the loop” bus service stops right at our front door and runs a regular service to local shopping in Castle Cove, Chatswood and Roseville, which takes the hassle out of dealing with traffic and parking. Hair & Beauty
Everything from hairdressing to a beautician and are available on-site. With our own hair and beauty salon, residents can enjoy a luxurious facial, a new hairstyle or even a manicure. Wendy is able to style your hair to any fashion style you prefer and for all your skin and body treatments including manicures and pedicures book yourself an appointment with Annie.
No job is too big or too small. Whether it’s a simple job like hanging a picture, moving a heavy item, attending to a leaky tap, changing a light globe or more complex problems like TV assembling furniture, help is only a phone call away. Our on-site maintenance and handyman is available 5 days per week – so you can relax and enjoy your retirement.

Our reception is there for your convenience whenever you need it. Whether it’s making a booking, arranging deliveries, organising transport, dropping off your dry cleaning, booking the handyman to move some furniture, printing a document or sending a fax, it can all be done for you at Watermark.
Watermark’s Social Club offers residents a variety of cultural, social and educational activities. These events are co-ordinated by our manager and displayed through Watermark’s monthly Social Calendar. These include visiting speakers, language classes, computer courses and much more.
Vitalis Concierge Care
Vitalis, a specialist health care provider locate in Sydney’s North Shore, has partnered with Watermark to provide a range of personalised health and home care services. The Vitalis service is tailored for the needs of individual resident requirements. Known as Vitalis Concierge, services range from daily tasks such as housekeeping, laundry and assistance with shopping through to nursing and a range of medical support.
